McCann Sport and Exercise Services offer a range of sessions aimed at improving the general fitness of participants. These karate-orientated sessions offer a fun and different way of keeping fit and improving your general health and well being; with no prior karate experience necessary.
Activities are aimed at improving general fitness, flexibility, endurance and strength include:
- Sessions involving impact pads (i.e. striking pads at full power)]
- Circuit training, involving karate and non-karate exercises
- Endurance sessions using focus pads
